Invoice and statement storage
When logged into the system, you’ll be able to see all of your invoices and statements organised into folders, available to access from a yearly and monthly view. The information stored can be accessed 24/7, 365 days a year. It’s completely secure with unique login details. The data is stored on Amazon's secure web hosting servers and the user logins are encrypted.
The search tool in the invoice and statement section is particularly useful. You can directly find a specific invoice in seconds. Forget filing away documents and battling a mountain of paperwork, our new dashboard will do the work for you.
At the end of every month you will receive an email from our accounts team letting you know that your statements have been uploaded and are ready to view and that your rental payment has been made. Problems logging in or questions about your statement and invoices? You can email Alice directly from our system and schedule a call.

Investors can spend a lot of time scouring the web and chatting to contacts about investment opportunities. Our dashboard will show you in a glance the latest properties hand-picked and recommended by our team of experts. There’s no need to miss an opportunity again.

You’ll be able to view the latest blog content from our knowledgeable team on your dashboard. We have our ear to the ground and share key information you need to know from the industry including legislation changes and hints and tips to keep your property portfolio at the top of it’s game. We’ve got you covered, always.
