At Ultralets, we’re committed to setting new standards for service, reliability and results. We believe landlords should be free to choose better property management without being held back by costly exit fees.
That’s why we’ll cover your existing agent’s exit fees, up to the equivalent of three months’ management fees, making switching simple and hassle-free.
Agent switch policy:
If you are switching to Ultralets from another agent, you can request to have your exit fees covered under the following terms and conditions:

Exit fee coverage must be requested and agreed upon in writing prior to signing the Ultralets Terms of Business.

You must provide disclosure of the full exit fee amount to Ultralets in writing at the point of request.

Should Ultralets deem the exit fee penalties to be unviable, we reserve the right to negotiate with either your current agent or you to find a workable solution. If a solution cannot be reached, Ultralets reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

This offer is made entirely at the discretion of our Client Manager or Managing Director. All terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before signing the final Terms of Engagement.

Exit fees will typically be paid directly to your previous managing agent. If you require the fees to be paid to you directly, you must provide proof of payment to your previous agent. All documentation and attached files must be submitted in PDF format.
