Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on your computer. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.
We only use non-essential cookies if you accept them. When you first visit our website we ask for your choice: you can accept all cookies or decline the non-essential ones. You can change your choice at any time using the “Change your cookie settings” link at the top of this page. We remember your choice in a cookie called ul_cookie_consent (expires after 6 months).
The non-essential cookies we use, if you accept them, are described below.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4) Loaded through Google Tag Manager. These ‘analytical’ cookies allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.
_ga (expires after 2 years) Used to distinguish users.
_ga_ followed by our measurement ID (expires after 2 years) Used to persist session state.
Advertising and conversion measurement (Google Ads) These help us measure whether visits from our Google adverts lead to enquiries. Our Google Ads call tracking may also replace the phone number shown on our website with a tracking number, so that we can measure calls from adverts.
Cookies beginning _gcl_ (typically expire after up to 90 days) Store information about how you arrived at our website from an advert.
LinkedIn Insight Tag Used to measure the performance of our LinkedIn campaigns. LinkedIn may set cookies such as bcookie, lidc and UserMatchHistory. For more information, please visit https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy
Strictly necessary cookies Our website platform sets cookies that are needed to keep the site secure and working, and we use the ul_cookie_consent cookie described above. These do not need your consent.

We only load Intercom live chat if you accept cookies. The cookies it sets have names beginning “intercom-”.
The Intercom cookie is used to remember who you are and provide access to previous conversations you’ve had with our customer support through Messenger.
For more information, please visit https://www.intercom.com/legal/cookie-policy
These cookies do not record any personally identifiable information (PII).
You can block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. However, if you use your browser settings to block all cookies (including essential cookies) you may not be able to access all or parts of our site.

Please be aware of cybercrime and protect your own information online, particularly financial information. Do not send unsecured personal information over the Internet. We recommend you use encryption software or provide any information to us using the online tools we provide.
Do not respond to emails asking you to pay money. Never make a payment purely in response to an email. Always call the company to validate any payment requests and check the phone number independently from the email (i.e. via a secure website). If you receive a phone call asking for payment ensure you are satisfied the call is genuine, or else call the company back to check. HL Partnership Limited will not take responsibility if you transfer money to a fraudster in error.
