Lettings team

We’re after the brightest minds in the industry to join our team in making the lettings process as straightforward as possible for landlords and tenants.

In conventional letting agents, this role is typically hugely varied where one person will tackle a whole host of tasks from dealing with enquiries, viewings, applications, referencing, move-ins, inspections and more. But if you were to join our team, it’s likely you’d focus on one or two key areas so you can really hone your skills and work efficiently.

Works team

Are you a dab hand at repairs and have experience fixing properties up to a high standard? There could be a place for you within our dedicated in-house works team.

Taking pride in your work is essential - we don't do things half-heartedly at Ultralets. We’re committed to providing tenants with a quality place to live and work hard to create that for the landlords who instruct us.

Investment team

Understanding and supporting investors with their goals is critical, whether that's identifying new opportunities or assisting them with scaling down their portfolios.

To enjoy a career in investments, you've got to be highly motivated and a natural at building client relationships. You'll be giving investors advice every step of the way from where to purchase, achievable rental income, predicted works costs and capital growth potential. It’s a hugely satisfying role for driven, ambitious individuals.

Finance team

One of the biggest things we count on our finance department for is making sure landlords receive their monthly payments and tenants pay their rent on time.
