We’re now taking job applications for a ‘Lettings Apprentice’. If you’re ready to give it your all and learn all about the trade then we want to hear from you. 

What will the role include?

👉 Processing tenant applications to match the right tenant to the right property

👉 Listing properties to rent with the potential of developing your photography skills

👉 Liaising with landlords and tenants about property maintenance requirements

👉 Getting to grips with the property market in Hull

👉 General office admin with a plan to carry out viewings further down the line

What do applicants need?

👉 Strong organisation and customer service skills to maintain our high standards

👉 Motivation, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to work alongside our friendly team

👉 Attention to detail, we’re proud of what we do and want you to be too

👉 A Full UK Driving License is preferred but not essential
