What could be worse on a snowy winter's day than a boiler breaking?
On a day like this when the boiler breaks at a property we manage and our tenants report it to us, it goes right to the top of the priority list for our maintenance team.
When our gas engineer attends and diagnoses the issue it's often the case that new parts are required and in some cases full boiler swaps. This can result in the tenant being without heating and hot water for days whilst we wait for specific parts to be delivered.
With this in mind, we've invested in a healthy stock of electric heaters which we will deploy straight away at no cost to our tenants or landlords to ensure the tenants at least have the ability to heat their homes whilst they wait.

Stock is carried in our office and our gas engineer will carry stock in his van too.
