We're pleased to introduce you to Jazmine, the newest addition to the Ultralets team 😊 Jazmine has joined our Lettings Team assisting with the processing of applications, enquiries and viewings 🏠 She has made a positive impact already we can't wait to see what else Jazmine will bring to the team!

 

 

After her first week with us, we caught up with Jazmine for a quick Q&A:

 

"For the past year, I have been working in the property industry working at another local letting agency."

 

"At Ultralets, I'm part of the Lettings Team. My job is to help tenants and landlords and respond to general enquiries. I answer their questions, book viewings, and work with my colleagues on applications and tenancy agreements. We all work together to make sure that everything goes smoothly and everyone is happy with the process."

 

"I've been having a blast since I started working here! Each day brings new challenges that I'm excited to tackle. The team are so friendly and welcoming, which makes for a really positive work environment. It feels great to be valued and appreciated!"

 

"I love hanging out with my family and friends, going on trips whenever possible, or having a quiet night relaxing at home with my cat, Binx."

 

"Jazmine joined the Ultralets family during our busiest month to date, however, she remained unfazed by the challenge. She played a part in offering 5* customer service to both clients and tenants which has helped the team reach a record 36 lets in October.
