Now hiring: Investment Sales Associate

We are looking for an aspiring Investment Sales Associate to support our growing Investment Team. We want someone with a passion for creativity and all things digital - if this sounds like you then get in touch!

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales progression.
Collating information for deals - preparing for market.
Booking inspections/viewings.
Liaising with buyers and sellers.
Updating our client database.
Managing agreements, arranging signatures on legal documentation.
Prospecting new properties.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge

Experience is appreciated but not essential. If you have the right attitude and passion, the skills can be taught.
Able to accept and welcome feedback and willing to learn and develop your skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Dependant on experience.
Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30am - 16:30pm.
Holidays: 28 days plus statutory.
Onsite parking.
Bus stop outside the office if travelling by public transport.
