We know that moving day is an exciting time for you, however, we do have a few things that you must do in order for us to progress things, and settle you in as quickly and effectively as we can 🏠

Before coming in for the keys, we ask that you...

Bring your photographic ID (full/provisional driving license or passport) 📸
Make sure you have signed receipt of your inventory report 📖
Make sure you have signed your tenancy agreement 🖊️
Paid the final balance in full 💰
Once you have moved into your property, please ensure that you have the utilities and council tax in place as soon as possible ⏰
When you get into the property, make sure that you are satisfied with the condition of it and check against the inventory report as soon as possible. You will have a deadline to confirm this in the report email you receive 📋

Quick Tip 💡 If you haven't already, please ensure you have reviewed your tenant's insurance options when it comes to your move-in day. This will help to protect your belongings in the event of theft or damage through property faults.
