How do Ultralets manage properties across the area efficiently? 

Managing properties at a distance often comes with additional costs to the client and 'bolt ons' like many agents like to charge. At Ultralets, we do things differently. 

  1. In-office and Out of Office Teams: We have the majority of our team in the office, organising tradespeople, viewings, customer queries and so on, and the rest of the team are out and about all day, every day. These are carrying out viewings, inspections, repairs, refurbs and reacting to whatever comes up throughout the day. 
  2. Paperless Approach: Our systems are specifically designed in-house to enable full control over each process. Booking viewings, applications, contracts, repairs and more, meaning location is not a barrier. 
  3. Specialist Teams: Unlike many agents who have one person responsible for 200+ properties, our team is divided into departments such as Finance, Works, Lettings, Sales and Insurance. Because we're all under one roof at our HQ in Beverley, communication and organisation remains at the highest standard which ensures our clients receive top-level advice from the team.
