When any change is made to a tenancy, we need to re-verify affordability and eligibility to rent. Please check the requirements for each upload type and attach your files accordingly.

If you are removing someone from a tenancy, we only require these documents for the remaining tenant(s).

If you are adding someone to the tenancy, we require all of the documents for each resident.

For us to begin processing your request, you must make a payment of £50.00 to cover the costs of referencing as a result of changing your tenancy agreement. If your request is declined by the landlord, your payment is fully refunded. If your request is declined by the landlord due to false/misleading information, your payment is non-refundable. Section 102 Housing Act 1996 allows a landlord to seek possession under ground 17 in part 11 of schedule 2 where he/she has been induced to grant a tenancy by a false statement made knowingly or recklessly by a) the tenant, or b) a person acting at the tenant's instigation.
