It’s been a big year for Ultralets! We thought we’d break down some of our 2019 highlights:

Back in October, we celebrated our 10th birthday

It’s incredible to think that Ultralets first came on the scene in 2009 but you know that old saying ‘time flies when you’re… renting properties’ ;-) A huge thank you for the continued support from Ultralets customers, friends and family along with our amazing team for working so hard.

We acquired Spring Estate Agents in April

We were thrilled to take over the lettings arm of Spring Estate Agents earlier this year. Spring landlords and tenants were in safe hands throughout the transition as we were able to expand our business without causing hassle for those involved.

We’ve started to take on properties in Beverley 

For the past 10 years we’ve focused mainly on Hull properties and know the area like the back of our hand. Another area where we have good knowledge of the rental market is Beverley, a historic market town just 8 miles from Hull. We’ll be expanding our portfolio in Beverley in the New Year, offering more rental options for tenants.

Our team has doubled in size

From a team of 4 at the start of the year to a team of 8, we’re thrilled to have expanded! We’ve introduced a completely new maintenance team to carry out works in-house so we can have more control and be more effective in managing projects.
