We're thrilled to welcome Grace

Exciting news - we've just welcomed a new team member, Grace!

Grace joins as a valuable addition to our expanding works team in an office-based role. We knew that we needed to bring in someone who is driven and dedicated to coordinating the high-quality works we provide across our clients' properties and we're thrilled to have Grace on board 😊

We took some time to catch up with Grace, to see how she is finding her time at Ultralets so far and learn a little bit more about her:

Can you tell us a bit about your background/experience?

"I have a diverse & professional background, I am a fully qualified Painter & Decorator with my first 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Since 2019 up until now, I have worked in the NHS and administrative roles across manufacturing & rail."

What attracted you to working at Ultralets?

"I took an interest in Ultralets from seeing on social media how they promote their work and how they only want the best for their clients. I also like how they want their colleagues to shine and thrive within the company."

How have you found your time with us so far?

"I have thoroughly enjoyed coming to work and working within a busy team. The support I have received from my Manager, Jack and my colleague, Sarah, has made my experience enjoyable."

What do you like to get up to in your spare time?

"I have currently taken up golf which I'm really enjoying and I also like to stay active by going to the gym."

A word from our Works Manager, Jack:

"I’m super impressed by Grace already. Her confidence, professionalism and attitude has been great so far and she has been working closely with Sarah to help keep all of our clients updated and informed.

Coming into a new team can never be easy, but I think Grace has already slotted in really well and has taken every challenge head on, which is great to see.

I’m excited for Grace to grow in her role and for her impact to be seen across the company. Welcome to the team, Grace - I know you will smash it."
