Landlords and tenants can rest assured that we’re ready to react to any lockdown measures introduced by the government to combat covid.
Over the years we’ve refined our lettings process to make it as straightforward as possible for both tenants and landlords. Some ways we’ve done this include transparent pricing, online repair reporting, video viewings, digital paperwork and taking applications / payments over our website.
When we went into lockdown we further advanced our process to make it completely contactless with an external lock box for key transfers and our office team working from home.
Our approach to lettings really came into its own back in March when the nation was told to stay at home and we’ve been busier than ever.
We were able to keep the cogs turning and it was business as usual providing a top notch lettings service for landlords and tenants alike.
Other letting agents may have struggled to get digital methods in place, but with us being ahead of the curve in our industry we could hit the ground running.
We managed to get more tenants moved into properties over the 6 month COVID period than the 6 months previous.
