As one of Hull\'s leading letting agents and property management companies we are pleased to annouce that we have opened a new office in the heart of West Hull this year. After spending weeks on the drawing board trying to solve all of the practical issues of a residential lettings office we think we\'ve finally cracked it. 

There are a few key design features and new ideas that we have implimented which we feel makes our office stand out from our competitors.

There is now facility to take card payments both on site and over the phone. Our new touch screen system can even take payment from your contactless card or apple device.

We have a great place to meet clients or go through paperwork with new tenants. Inside our glazed wall meeting room. We\'ve designed the room with a huge 6m wallpaper map of the whole area with every street name on - it\'s a real talking point.

The actual office space is quiet special. No more chairs around cluttered desks! This is a staff only, and (almost) sound proof area. It is perfect for blocking our phone conversations and sensitive documentation from the public domian and allowing staff space to work undistracted. This area forces us to stand up and address customers properly as they enter the office thus giving them our undivided attention. 

The search station in the public area is our favourite part. 95% of all new enquiries come from our website so the days of the boring static A4 window displays are over. Prospective tenants now come in to our office and view all photos and information on our digital display units. This technology makes the collection of tenant\'s contact details and property requirements really simple and as a result improves our marketing capabilities.
