How to switch if you currently manage through an agent:

It's just a case of emailing your current agent with a notice to leave and letting them know we will be in touch to arrange the collection of docs. We can provide a template of what this email needs to say if required.

We will even pay your exit fees! We believe you shouldn't be penalised for wanting better service. If you switch your management to Ultralets, we may be able to pay up to three months worth of management fees to help make the switch that little less painful. We take the financial sting out of the move so you can start benefiting from our premium service immediately, without being out of pocket.

We handle the "breakup" with your old agent, collecting the keys and all the essential documentation. You don't have to have a single awkward conversation, we act as your professional buffer. We then audit your safety certificates (Gas, Electric, EPC) to ensure you are 100% legal and contact your tenants personally to introduce ourselves, explain the new rent payment process, and reassure them that their home is in good hands.

How to switch if you currently manage the property yourself:

If you currently self-manage, we'll simply ask you to send over the required documents. Our team will conduct a full compliance check and rent review. We'll need the likes of EPCs, EICRs, 2x sets of keys and gas safety certificates. We can help gather any missing documentation. Minimal admin is required from your side and you'll have one point of contact at Ultralets to manage the handover.
