It\'s definitely worth highlighting that Ultra Lets refund all fees paid if you are not accepted for one of our properties.

When you apply for a property you pay a £200.00 administration fee to cover the costs of referencing and the writing up and preparation of paperwork and contracts. If the landlord decides to let the property to another applicant or declines your application for any reason we refund your fees in full.
