Raj loves doing viewings and meeting you - our prospective tenants. We know that things can change last minute and you may be late or can't make your viewing altogether, these things happen. When you don't let us know about these changes to your appointment, he puts on a brave face, but it's not fun for him when he is ready and waiting for you at the property but you never arrive, or you're running late and his next appointment is due ⏰

 

If you call ahead to let us know you are running late, we can make accommodations in the schedule to try to fit you in around other appointments. If you're going to be late and we don't hear from you, we have to assume you aren't coming so we will move on to other appointments after waiting for a reasonable time ⏱️

 

We want to be able to show you around these great properties but if you can't make it, or are running late - all we ask is that you let us know, we won't be mad. If you need to cancel the viewing please try to give us as much notice ahead of time ✅
