How we save landlords time with end-of-year statements

We recently published an article to help our landlords understand their monthly statements better. It's been great to get such positive feedback on these statements from landlords, telling us how useful they're finding them and how they help keep them on top of their incomings and outgoings.
In the past, we have had a few requests come through from landlords asking for a full end-of-year statement. We've always obliged and created them manually for landlords, reviewing the last financial year of statements, summing all the figures together and putting the statement together ourselves.
Landlords who use an accountant often find that they are asked to produce a complete record of income and expenses for their self-assessment, rather than taking up precious pounds by the hour by asking the Accountant to compile months and months of statements. We thought to ourselves - why don't we do it instead?
Our Digital Team has completed the development of our new end-of-year statements feature that allows us to pull a complete record of our landlords' rents, expenses, works and monthly disbursements between two given dates, typically used to create a statement that captures a complete financial year.
The statement, visually, is very similar to your usual monthly statement. This was done to ensure there was as minimal a chance for confusion as possible. Your key differentiators are the title 'Landlord Account Statement: Financial Year' and the table headings preceded with FY (Financial Year).
