Works Coordinator

We're looking for a highly-organised individual with strong admin skills to join our office-based works team.

What do we need from you?

What will the role involve?

+ It's a full time position (37.5 hours per week)

+ Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm

+ Salary will be £22.5k - £23k depending on experience

+ Liaising with landlords & tenants

+ Responding to maintenance reports

+ Day to day admin tasks

+ Liaising between outside bodies such as environmental health, the local council and contractors

+ Checking time sheets, making sure all information is accurate

+ Organising the team's live diaries
