And just like that, our Ultralets Team gets a little bigger! 🎉

We're pleased to introduce you all to Ryan Witty, our most recent recruit who has found his place in our growing Works Team. 

With rapid business growth and the recent expansion of our Eningeer staff, we needed a driven and focused problem-solver to join our office-based Works Team to assist in the coordination of various works across our clients' properties.

Please join us as we welcome Ryan, and wish him well in his new position within Ultralets. As we always do with anyone that joins us, we took some time to catch up with Ryan and find out a little more about him:

Can you tell us a bit about your background/experience?
I have a year's experience working in real estate in Dubai where I was responsible for lettings in downtown Dubai in-and-around the Burj Khalifa. It's quite a different environment, and change of scenery to that of Hull.

How have you found it so far?
After just my first day here at Ultralets it felt like I had been here for months, everyone on the team is so welcoming and helpful, it’s a real family atmosphere.
The work group chats are certainly a highlight of working at Ultralets, there’s always something funny said/posted which is great for the team's morale.

What attracted you to working at Ultralets?
After returning from Dubai I was been searching for the right company to join to get into the Real Estate industry in the UK, I was attracted to Ultralets knowing its a family-run business, I knew that way the team members would be valued and not just another number like it would be at larger companies. After researching the company and reading customer reviews I could see that they were growing in the local area and I wanted to be a part of that.

What will you be doing at Ultralets?
I will be on the Works Team as a Works Coordinator, dealing with any issues/repairs tenants have reported, and getting them resolved as quickly as we can whilst keeping it the most cost-effective as possible for the landlord. I am also in a rental property myself so I understand the tenants' point of view when having issues in the property and wanting them to be resolved as quickly as possible.

What do you like to get up to in your spare time?
I enjoy getting outdoors and watching rallying, playing golf or just having a nice walk with my dog Duke. Although, with me and my fiancé recently having a little girl we don’t have much spare time at the minute.

A word from our Works Manager, Jack?

I’m really pleased to have Ryan join the team. I think he will really help take the department to the next level along with the help of Sarah.

Ryan has the exact qualities and experience we are looking for to join the works team and I think he will be a great addition to our department.
