Ultralets COVID-19 statement 16/03/2020

It's business as usual for us at the moment, we want to keep the wheels moving at Ultralets as much as possible over the coming weeks and months however we feel it is best to air on the side of caution for the foreseeable future. As a result, we are making some small changes to proceedings:


We have postponed property inspections for this week at least. If you have an inspection booked in a member of staff will be in touch to rearrange the date.


For the time being property viewings will go ahead. We would urge viewers who are displaying any symptoms to please not attend the viewing and call us to rebook in a couple of weeks' time should you still wish to do so. 

Rent payments

Please refer to our make a payment page on our website which details the four different ways in which you can pay your rent. Most of our tenants pay by standing order but for the ones who don't we would prefer that you use our over the phone card payment, website terminal or direct bank transfer and avoid coming into our office until further notice.


Our application process can be done in full on our website, there is no reason to attend the office to submit an application for a property.


Our reactive repairs team are still currently active but have been asked not to be too close to customers on-site, they will avoid physical contact of any kind and may wear protective items. You can report your non-urgent repairs via the reporting system on our website. Urgent repairs can be reported via WhatsApp and phone as per our contact page on our website. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these slight changes to proceedings. The health and wellbeing of our team and their families is our main priority as always.
