📢 Introducing your brand new Client Portal

We're thrilled to bring you our latest iteration of your client portal designed to streamline your experience.
We're going to walk you through the process of accessing and navigating your portal like a pro. So, let's dive in and unlock the full potential of your client portal!
Step 1: Accessing your portal
To get started, open your web browser and visit the Ultralets website. From the navigation menu, select "Landlords," which will lead you to the gateway of your client portal.

Step 2: Login credentials
To gain access, log in using the email address you provided during your onboarding process. As part of the account activation, we emailed you a temporary password. If you cannot locate this email or have forgotten your password, don't worry! Simply click on the "Forgot password" option to initiate the password reset process. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Finance Team, who will be delighted to assist you in generating a new temporary password.
Step 3: Explore your personalised hub
Congratulations! You have successfully accessed your client portal, where a wealth of information awaits you. On your main screen, you will find quick-access links to some of the most important elements of your client account.
Statements & invoices
Within the folders, you will discover a treasure trove of statements and invoices specific to each month. This view is very reminiscent of how you used to interact with the portal. The statements take centre stage at the top, providing you with a comprehensive overview of your financial activities. Scroll down to find the accompanying invoices, completing the financial picture. Alternatively, you can click view all, to see a complete list of your documents. Clicking on the eye symbol will open the document directly in your browser, allowing for easy viewing. If you prefer a copy for your records, simply click on the download symbol to initiate the download process.
Repairs & refurbs
From this section you will find a quick access link to our FixFlo maintenance platform, bringing you straight to the login page to view any and all ongoing or upcoming maintenance issues at your property(ies). Forgot your password? No bother, we've included a quick link to their reset page to allow you to set yourself a new (hopefully unforgettable) password.
Considering a refurb at your property(ies)? We've got an incredible team on hand to help you out. You'll find contact details for our Works Manager, Jack Shelley here to start the conversation.
Help & advice
Have you ever been stuck for who you need to talk to? Have you got a question about a Gas Safety Check but aren't sure who your best contact is to get the answer you need, fast? Stay updated: Statement notifications
Wondering when your statements are ready for your perusal? At the end of the last working day of each month, an email notification will be delivered to your inbox, usually around 4:30pm. This will inform you that your statements are now available for viewing.
