It’s now quicker and easier than ever before for us to respond to your reported repairs using our brand new FixFlo system. We can fix your issues more efficiently and best of all, you can track your repair and have a time and date stamped record of your repair request.
This is just another way we’ve improved the communication with our customers and with the system available to use on mobiles, tablets and desktop devices, it’s accessible to all.
You can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How does it work?
Step 1: Head to the ‘report a repair’ page on our website.
Why not bookmark this page in case you need it again in the future
Step 2: Pick from the list of repair options and fill in all the details about the repair.
You’ll find some of the repair options feature handy how-to videos that can help with your issue. 20% of all boiler issues are fixed through the video alone without need for a callout.
Step 3: Attach any photographs of the issue so our team can evaluate the repair and send the right person down to your property for the job.
Step 4: Fill in your details and we’ll take it from there.
Simple as that. If you’re not comfortable with using the system or don’t have an internet connection then you still have the option of coming in or calling up to report your repair.
