Report a Repair
You must report your repair to us in writing so that both parties have evidence of the time and date you reported it.
We insist that all repairs are reported via one of the following methods
- Completing a works request form in our office
- Completing the form opposite in full
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the issue and your address.
Our works co-ordinater will then contact you to arrange access to your property. To be absolutely certain that your request has reached us electronically please contact a member of the team.
