We recognise that customers like to get in touch with us in a variety of different ways. Many prefer to pick up the phone, others like to pop in to see our team whilst some will fire over an email to ask any questions.
We’re happy to be contacted in the easiest way possible for the client which is why we’ve decided to introduce Whatsapp as a new communication tool.
It’s one of the most popular ways for people to chat in 2019 so it makes sense that we offer that platform as a method of support. Here’s a jaw-dropping statistic for you - Whatsapp has over 1.5 BILLION monthly users.
Being able to quickly fire across a message to our team could save customers a lot of time. We will even be able to set up automated messages that will respond to our most frequently asked questions and speed up the support process for tenants.
