HU3 is an extremely popular investment area in Hull.  It has always been a good location to invest due to its low purchase prices and reasonably good rental yield. Albemarle Street and the terraces off it have benefited from substantial investment by the local authority in front improvements. These improvements include external insulation and impressive metal fencing.

This property is situated between two main roads in the city, Anlaby Road and Hessle road whilst being close to Hull Royal infirmary and walking distance to the town centre. 

Condition

I've viewed this property and taken a video walkthrough making some recommendations on a small bit of work required (just my opinion) to the get property ready for let. In short, it's pretty much there and ready to go. We would suggest a rental asking price of £375.00 PCM

Typical tenant

The typical tenant for a property like this would be a couple or a single person looking for a property with a little more space than a 1 bedroom apartment with a bit of outside space. There is a mix of skilled and unskilled labour in the HU3 area, a good tenant will likely be in full-time employment.
