The only fee you will every pay to us is your administration fee, which you pay when you apply for a property. That means no fee to insure your deposit and no fees for renewing your tenancy.
We aim to have an answer to you within 5 working days of receipt of your completed application. Certain things can delay this but you will be kept up to date every step of the way. Once your application is accepted we can hold the property for up to 4 weeks before your move in.
Absolutely. When you apply we will of course require some personal information and information about your income. This is only ever shared with your prospective landlord. If your application is declined we can return all paperwork to you or shred it on site.
Understandably your landlord will seek some kind of security over your tenancy. Every landlord is different, some will ask for a months rent on the move in day and others will ask for a home owner guarantor. These requirements are clearly stated on every property advert.
When you move in we will set up a standing order for your rent on a monthly basis. If you would prefer to pay by card you can do so over the phone or in our office however this is subject to an addition 1% charge.
When something goes wrong in your home its important to know that it’s going to be dealt with quickly and professionally. We work along side tested, reliable and safe contractors based at our head office.
Usually Ultra Lets will be managing your tenancy and so you will always contact us with issues, however we sometimes only deal with the moving in process for the landlord. If this is the case you will be made aware when you apply and you will be given full contact details for the landlord.
