It is company policy that we do not take repair requests via telephone so that both parties have evidence of time and date.

We insist that all repairs are report via one of the following methods

  • Coming into our office and completing a works form with dates and signature
  • Completing the form opposite in full
  • Sending us an email to

For an idea as to how long we aim to resolve your maintainance issues please refer to the welcome pack you were given when you moved in. This outlines all timescales depending on how urgent we deem the repair to be.
